Paraglider

Jump from a height, press Space and fly a real wing on 7 m lines: steer, brake, dive, even loop.

How to get it

At the sewing machine: 6 silk fabrics, 2 fibres, 4 strings and 1 hide (20 s). Put it in the equipment slot of your bag.

What it is for

Come down a mountain in style, cross a valley, land where you want; A/D brake and turn, S slows, W speeds up, Shift folds the ears, Ctrl loops.

Why it exists

Coming down a mountain should be the fun part.

The paraglider is a real wing: a 10 m arch of 36 cells on lines, flown by your weight and your brakes.

Recipe

At the Sewing machine: 6 silk fabrics (silk is woven from spider string at the Loom), 2 fibres, 4 strings and 1 hide. 20 seconds. Three designs: Classic, Rainbow, Midnight.

Wearing it

Put it in the equipment slot under your armor column; up to 8 paragliders fit there.

Flying

In the air, press Space: you throw the extractor, the wing inflates with a shock, and you fly.
About 10 m/s forward for 1.5 m/s of sink: a glide of 7 to 1.

Key	Effect
A / D	left / right brake: turn; held, a steep spiral (up to 15 m/s of sink)
S	both brakes: slow down; held, the wing stalls and drops
W	accelerator: about 13 m/s
Shift	ears: tips folded, a fast descent without speed
Ctrl (held)	loops, one every 2 s or so
Space twice	release: the wing flies away and is lost

A normal landing is harmless; landing out of a spiral hurts.
After a release you fall: open the next paraglider if you carry one.

Pair it with a Wingsuit for base jumps.
