A copper sheet rolled into a tube between two lenses.

Spot ore boulders over a giant lode, a mountain pass, your friends, the Moon's craters; plan a route before you travel.
Why it exists

The spyglass is a small copper telescope you carry in your bag.
Recipe
A copper sheet between two lenses. The copper sheet comes from the metal mill, the lenses from glass: the spyglass is a first reason to visit the workshop.
How to use it
- Hold the right button: you raise it to your eye (other players see your arm up).
- ×4 at once; the wheel zooms from ×2 to ×8.
- It never wears out.
What to look for
- Ore boulders of 2 to 4 m on the ground: they mark a giant lode below.
- Mountain passes, rivers and coasts before a long ride.
- At night, the Moon and the planets -- for the real thing, build a Telescope.
Raise it to your eye to see far away: a zoom on the distant land.
