Milk
A quarter bucket from a cow or a goat: drink it any time for 8 food points and 8 health.

How to get it
Right click a cow or a goat with an empty bucket: 16 voxels of milk (a quarter bucket). Each animal gives milk once a minute.
What it is for
Drink it from the bucket (hold the right button), even when you are not hungry: a little food and a little health back.
Why it exists
A cow is a source of food you never kill.

Milk comes from cows and goats.
Milking
Right click a cow or a goat with an empty Bucket: it fills with 16 voxels of milk, a quarter of the bucket. The same animal can be milked again a minute later; four milkings fill the bucket.
Drinking
Hold the right button with the bucket: a draught takes 16 voxels and gives 8 food points and 8 health. Milk is drunk even when you are not hungry.
Other uses
Pour it into a glass, a bottle, a jug or a tank; it shows opaque white in glassware.
Fresh milk from a cow or a goat, carried in a bucket.
