How to get it
Break oak or birch leaves: each quarter block has 2 % to drop an apple, two or three a tree.
What it is for
Eat it (5 food points, 90 s of satiety), tame horses (20 % an apple), heal them.
Why it exists
The horse is the first fast mount: apples are its key.

How to get them
Break oak or birch leaves: 2 % per quarter block. Shears cut leaves in a blink, which makes apple picking fast.
What they are for
- Food: 5 food points, 90 seconds of satiety.
- Horses: an apple (or sugar) tames a horse 1 time in 5, and heals a tamed one.
