How to get it
Find a flock in plains, mountains or taigas. Shears on a sheep: 1 to 3 wool. Wheat on two adults: a lamb.
What it is for
Wool for fabric, beds, sweaters and wool blocks; mutton and tallow if you must.
Why it exists
A farm animal that gives without dying: shear it, do not kill it.

The sheep is the wool of the world. Shear it again and again: its fleece grows back as it grazes.
Where and when
Plains, mountains and taigas, by day, 2 to 4 together.
Behaviour
- Passive: it never attacks and runs away when hurt.
- 50 health.
- Yetis, dragonlings and wild dogs hunt it.

Taming, riding and breeding
- Shear: shears give 1 to 3 Wool; it grows back after about 5 minutes of grazing.
- Breed: wheat (or a pumpkin) on two adults.
- Heal: a hay bale.
- Lead: a Leash. A sheep born of your breeding is yours.
