Tritonite
The metal of Neptune: tritonite crystals, the tritonite ingot, the Tritonite alloy and the raisonite synthesizer.
In the game
How to get it
On Triton, Neptune's moon, nitrogen geysers erupt on their own time: each throws 1 to 3 pink tritonite crystals up round its vent. The nitrogen seals dive where one is about to blow: wait there, catch them as they fall. 2 tritonite crystals in the Furnace: 1 tritonite ingot in 12 s.
What it is for
The Tritonite alloy (2 ingots and a titanium ingot in the hyperbaric press) and one of the nine ingots of the raisonite synthesizer.
Why it exists
Neptune has the strongest winds of all: its metal is full of wind.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
Tritonite is the metal of Neptune, one of the nine bodies of the Solar System that each give a material of their own -- and each its own way.
