Omni antenna
A 2 m mast that talks on one of 256 channels, all round: signals without a cable.

How to get it
At the grid: copper wire in the top corners (radials), a coil in the centre, 3 iron ingots across the bottom (the mast): 1 antenna. Choose transmit or receive, the channel and the target range on its sheet.
What it is for
Send a sensor's value to another building, open a door from afar, broadcast to several receivers; its bands stun birds over a mob farm.
Why it exists
A wire is not always possible: across a river, a canyon, a sea.

How to get it
At the grid: 4 copper wires (2 in each top corner), a coil (centre), 3 iron ingots across the bottom.
How it works
- Transmit: sends the value on its signal input on its channel. Receive: gives on its output what it hears on its channel.
- 256 channels, engraved on it ("CH 7"); it talks once a second.
- Its sheet does not speak in metres but in targets: Near (100 m), Village (1 km), Region (10 km), Far (100 km), and says in large type what it consumes and its real range.
- A mast cannot reach the Moon: that is the dish's job.
- /radio show-signal true draws the waves (within 128 m).
Tips
In a mob farm, an antenna's band stuns birds: the channel divided by 32 picks the band.
Right-click a block to place it, facing you. Broken, it comes back whole.
