Parrot
A jungle bird: tame it with seeds or berries and it warns you when a monster comes near.

How to get it
Find one in the jungle by day; right click it with seeds or berries: a quarter chance each.
What it is for
Your parrot bristles and warns you when a monster comes within 16 m.
Why it exists
An early warning, for the explorer who travels alone.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
The parrot brightens the jungle canopy. Tamed, it rides with you and squawks when danger comes.

Jungles, by day, 1 to 3 together.
Behaviour
- Passive: it never attacks and runs away when hurt.
- 20 health.
- A radio antenna on channels 32 to 63 stuns parrots.

Taming, riding and breeding
- Tame: seeds (wheat, flax, cotton...) or berries, 25 % a try.
- Heal: seeds or berries.
- Orders: empty-hand right click: sit / follow; L whistles.
- Lead: a Leash.

Three kinds: scarlet macaw, blue-and-gold macaw and green amazon.
