From birds: the fletching of arrows, and the down that pads tanks and suits.

How to get it
Hens and sparrows drop 0 to 2, parrots 1 or 2, gulls 0 to 2, flamingos 1 to 3, feathered serpents 2 to 4.
What it is for
Arrows (a feather each, four arrows); padding for the gas plant, tanks and space suits.
Why it exists
No feather, no arrow: the bow needs birds.
