Space · How it works
Survive: lava, fire tornadoes, meteors
The Sun's surface tries to kill you: fire tornadoes wander your way, meteors strike around you, lava runs between the crust plates.
In the game
How to get it
Keep moving on the crust plates (the dark regions have the fewest lava lanes); step out of a tornado's path; when a burning streak comes down, run from where it points.
What it is for
Survive long enough to mine the solar matter and prepare the altar.
Why it exists
The most hostile ground of the game: you really risk your skin.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
Three minutes on the Sun is a long time.
The tornadoes
Born every 30 to 70 s, 60 to 140 m from you, they wander after you at about 2.5 m/s for some twenty seconds: inside one, a blow every 0.4 s, a fling and fire. Over the dark regions they come half as often, and never near a living Solar Colossus (its own tornadoes are the fight's). A Fire elemental comes out of some.
The meteors
Every 12 to 28 s one strikes 25 to 110 m away: a burning streak 2.5 s before, then the blast -- up to 45 health within 7 m, and it throws you.
Progress
Done after three minutes alive on the Sun's surface.
