Steam from a reactor turns it: up to 50 kW on a large power cable.

How to get it
Craft it in the grid (steel plates, cogwheels, copper coils and bolts). Link the reactor's Steam out to its Steam in with a pipe and connect a large power cable.
What it is for
Up to 50 kW for your machines: the hyperbaric press, the gas plant, a whole town at night. It spends only the steam its cable asks for; when nothing is asked, the reactor waits and its rod is kept.
Why it exists
Heat is not power until it turns something.
