Bone meal, paper, tallow and thatch
Four small materials of the farm: fertiliser, sheets, grease and roofing.
In the game
How to get it
Bone meal: a bone ground (3). Paper: three reeds in a row (3). Tallow: dropped by cows, sheep, goats, bears and behemoths. Thatch: four straw (a quarter block).
What it is for
Faster crops and white dye; books, blueprints and lamp shades; candles and the grease of every motor; straw roofs.
Why it exists
Nothing is wasted on a farm: bones, reeds, fat and straw all have a job.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
Four by-products of the farm, each with its own page:
- Bone meal: a bone ground into 3. Right click crops: a stage at once. Also a white dye and the white glaze of tiles.
- Paper: three reeds in a row give 3 sheets. Bookshelves, the architect's desk, blueprints, floor lamp shades.
- Tallow: the fat of the big herds -- a cow 1 or 2, a sheep or a goat 0 or 1, a bear 1 or 2, a behemoth 2 to 4. Candles, and the grease of motors, generators, pumps and engines.
- Thatch: four straw (from ripe wheat) make a quarter block of thatch for roofs.
