At the grid: 2 silicon in the top corners, 2 signal cables on each side of a coil, 2 plastic round epoxy at the bottom: 1 op-amp. Choose its operation on its sheet.

Count, scale a measure to a percentage, compare a level with a threshold, compute on a display.
Why it exists
Numbers, not just on and off: the op-amp makes circuits calculate.

Its modes

| A+B | the sum, at most 255 |
| A-B | the difference, at least 0 |
| A*B/C | the rule of three, rounded (C unplugged = 255: a percentage) |
| > | 255 if A is greater than B |

Its sheet writes the operation with the real numbers ("180 x 100 / 255 = 71").
