The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
How to get it
A column of iron sheet, coil spring, copper wire: 2 buttons.
How it works
A click sends 255 for one second on its output and lets power through meanwhile. Two presses within about 1.2 s merge into one. A door or a trapdoor on a signal cable opens at 128 and closes when the signal drops; it needs no power.
Ideas
Counter: button into a Memory's Write, the memory through an Op-amp adding 1 back into its Value.
Right-click a block to place it, facing you. Broken, it comes back whole.
