How to get it
In the Furnace: 16 voxels of clay in the input, 4 voxels of sand in the reducer slot -- 2 bricks in 8 s. Four bricks in the grid make 64 voxels of brick wall.
What it is for
Brick blocks for walls (cut them into any shape), the brick fireplace (5 bricks).
Why it exists
The classic house: red brick walls, a brick hearth.

A brick is fired clay.
How to make it
- Dig clay (river beds, lake shores, rock strata).
- In the Furnace: 16 voxels of clay in the input, 4 voxels of sand in the reducer slot: 2 bricks in 8 s. (Without sand, clay fires into Terracotta.)
Brick block
Four bricks in the grid: 64 voxels of brick wall (a brick is 16 voxels once laid). Build voxel by voxel or cut into Block shapes.
The fireplace
A Fireplace of bricks: 5 bricks round the hearth, rock and an iron ingot below.
A fired brick: walls of bricks.
