A kangaroo of deserts, savannas and canyons that boxes back: tame it with wheat and ride its huge bounds.

How to get it
Find kangaroos in deserts, savannas and canyons; right click one with wheat: a quarter chance each wheat to tame it.
What it is for
A saddled kangaroo bounds at up to 12 m/s and jumps 3.2 m high: the fastest and highest mount of the Earth.
Why it exists
A mount for the dry lands, the one that jumps over everything.

The kangaroo bounds across the dry lands -- and, saddled, carries you in leaps of more than 3 m.
Where and when
Deserts, savannas, canyons and volcanoes, by day, 1 to 3 together.
Behaviour
- Neutral: it leaves you alone until you hit it, then fights back.
- 70 health, 15 damage a blow (Normal).
- Boxes, kicks and whips its tail when hit.
- Falls of up to 5 m do not hurt it.
- Sandworms hunt it.

Taming, riding and breeding
- Tame: wheat, 25 % a try.
- Ride: a Saddle. Walk 2.5 m/s, run 7.5, bound 12; Space jumps 3.2 m.
- Feed and heal: wheat, berries or a hay bale.
- Breed: two tamed kangaroos fed berries.
- Lead: a Leash.
