Crafting & machines · How it works
3 alloys per item
A raisonite item holds up to three alloys at once: the Moon's jump, Venus's fire, Jupiter's shield on one chestplate.
In the game
How to get it
Put a raisonite tool, weapon or piece of armor and one alloy in the crafting grid: the alloy is added. Again with a second, a third. A fourth is refused, so is one it already holds.
What it is for
Combine the powers: a pickaxe of Lunite and Aresite cuts a 3 x 3 tunnel 8 deep; a sword of Jovite, Glacite and Hadesite strikes lightning, freezes and heals.
Why it exists
This is what makes the whole voyage worth it: the engineers' playground at the end of the main path.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
How
On the crafting grid: the raisonite item and one alloy, nothing else -- the alloy is added (a plain item would replace its one alloy). Up to three; the item's name lists them ("Raisonite sword · Jovite, Glacite, Hadesite"), its card says how many places are left.
Good combinations
| Item | Alloys | Together |
|---|---|---|
| Pickaxe | Lunite + Aresite (+ Hadesite) | a 3 x 3 tunnel 8 cubes deep, the ores shown through the rock |
| Chestplate set | Lunite + Kronite + Jovite | huge jumps, slow glides down, a shield of sparks |
| Sword | Jovite + Glacite + Hadesite | chain lightning, frost, life stolen |
| Bow | Kronite + Aresite + Cytherite | arrows that come back, crits, acid |
Every alloy of the item counts: durability and the Earth alloys' factors multiply, a power is the strongest of the set.
