How to get it
Right-click a colonist drone with an OWL-8 microcontroller of any size in your hand, within reach (dodge its bolts). The chip is spent; one try in two rewrites it.
What it is for
A flying guard of your own: it follows over your shoulder and shoots what you fight.

The advanced electronics you learned on the Earth pay off on Mars.
