Solar altar
Built of the Sun's own matter, it wakes the Solar Colossus — on the Sun only.
In the game
How to get it
At the crafting grid (Space): a raisonite ingot on top, two gold ingots, four blocks of solar matter. Set it on the Sun's surface and lay one ingot of each body in its nine bowls.
What it is for
The nine metals ring for 12 seconds and the Solar Colossus rises in front of the altar. While it lives every altar sleeps; anywhere but the Sun the altar does nothing.
Why it exists
The last fight is chosen, not stumbled upon: you wake it when you are ready. A Colossus nobody fought waits by its altar and rises again when someone comes back: the ingots are never lost.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
The nine bowls
| Bowl | Ingot |
|---|---|
| The Moon | lunite |
| Mercury | hermesite |
| Venus | cytherite |
| Mars | aresite |
| Jupiter | jovite |
| Saturn | kronite |
| Uranus | glacite |
| Neptune | tritonite |
| Pluto | hadesite |
One ingot per body, and the raisonite in the altar itself: the same nine metals the Raisonite synthesizer rings together.
