Nivelite alloy
A pickaxe, shovel or axe with Nivelite flattens a 5 x 5 m square, 3 m deep, at the height of the cube you strike.
In the game
How to get it
Hyperbaric press: 2 copper ingots, 1 iron ingot and 16 voxels of basalt, 30 kW, 60 s. Forge it onto a pickaxe, a shovel or an axe.
What it is for
Strike a cube: everything above its level in a 5 x 5 m square and 3 m up is removed, on floors, walls and ceilings alike.
Why it exists
Levelling a building site by hand takes an evening; Nivelite takes a minute.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
How to make it
Hyperbaric press: 2 copper ingots + 1 iron ingot + 16 voxels of basalt, 30 kW, 60 s.
Effect
On a pickaxe, a shovel or an axe: strike a cube and everything above the plane of that cube, over a 5 x 5 m square and 3 m deep, goes. It works on a floor, a wall or a ceiling. The loot falls in stacks; the tool's wear pays for every voxel, all or nothing; protected land refuses it.
Forging
Put the item and one alloy anywhere in the crafting grid, nothing else: the same item comes out, its tier, matter and wear kept, with the alloy.
Nivelite alloy, pressed in the hyperbaric press. Forged into a pickaxe, a shovel or an axe on the crafting grid, it flattens: each break clears a 5 m square down to the plane behind the aimed cube, up to 3 m deep -- floors, walls and ceilings alike. The pickaxe takes rock, the shovel soil, the axe wood and leaves.
