How to get it
Pale blue-silver veins 1 to 12 m inside the walls of the Moon's craters (the Craters biome, where the ground climbs: rims, terraces, ejecta slopes), with a faint blue gleam in their shadow. Cut it with a pickaxe. 16 voxels of lunite ore in the Furnace's ore slot and 4 coal beside them: 1 lunite ingot in 15 s.
What it is for
The Lunite alloy (2 ingots and a titanium ingot in the hyperbaric press) and one of the nine ingots of the raisonite synthesizer.
Why it exists
The Moon is the first world the player reaches: its metal is the first planet alloy, and it makes the other worlds easier to cross.
