Hydrogen and oxygen
Water split in two gases by the gas plant: 16 units of hydrogen and 8 of oxygen from 16 voxels of water.

How to get it
Gas plant, choice Hydrogen and oxygen: 16 voxels of water give 16 units of hydrogen and 8 of oxygen in 8 s (6 kW). Fill empty gas cylinders on it, or pipe the hydrogen out.
What it is for
Hydrogen becomes liquid hydrogen; oxygen becomes liquid oxygen (or comes straight from the air on Earth); a hydrogen cylinder also burns 25 s as fuel.
Why it exists
Water is everywhere: hydrogen is the cleanest, lightest fuel, and the most expensive to liquefy.

How to get them
Gas plant, Hydrogen and oxygen: 16 voxels of water, 8 s, 6 kW: 16 units of hydrogen and 8 of oxygen. Extra oxygen is vented when its holder is full.
What they are for
- Liquid hydrogen: 64 units and an empty dewar (or 32 voxels of water), 30 s, 9 kW: Dewar of liquid hydrogen.
- Liquid oxygen: 64 units and an empty dewar, 20 s, 8 kW (on Earth the air will do): Dewar of liquid oxygen.
- Fuel: a hydrogen cylinder burns 25 s. Oxygen feeds a fire but does not burn.
Gases are kept in Gas cylinders (64 units each), machine holders and Storage tanks, never loose in the world.
