How to get it
In the grid: three enriched uranium in a column between six steel ingots make two fuel rods.
What it is for
Put a rod in a fission reactor filled with water: it boils steam for six hours of full power, longer when the turbines ask for less. Then it comes out as a spent rod.
Why it exists
The reactor burns rods, never ore: a rod keeps the fuel and its heat inside steel.
