Why it exists
A shield metal: the defence answer to the Brisite.

Effect
Armor only: protection x1.3 for the piece, the whole armor never protecting more than 86 %.
Forging
Put the item and one alloy anywhere in the crafting grid, nothing else: the same item comes out, its tier, matter and wear kept, with the alloy.
Egidite alloy, pressed in the hyperbaric press. Forged into a piece of armor on the crafting grid, it protects 1.3 times more; a full set can stop up to 86 % of the damage instead of 80 %.
