How to get it
The cloud jellyfish drifting in Venus's mist carry sails of cytherite: shear one (shears, right click) and it grows back. Never kill them: a dead jellyfish gives nothing. Bred on sulfur in a pen, they let membranes go by themselves. 4 cytherite membranes in the Furnace: 1 cytherite ingot in 12 s.
What it is for
The Cytherite alloy (2 ingots and a titanium ingot in the hyperbaric press) and one of the nine ingots of the raisonite synthesizer.
Why it exists
Venus is the hell under the clouds: its metal shrugs off heat and bites like its acid rain.

Where to find it
The cloud jellyfish drifting in Venus's mist carry sails of cytherite: shear one (shears, right click) and it grows back. Never kill them: a dead jellyfish gives nothing. Kept in a glass-roofed pen and bred on sulfur, they let a membrane go every 12 to 16 minutes: a grid under the pen gathers them.
