Bomb toads of the swamps drop it 80 % of the time -- if you kill them before they burst.

An explosive: rocket stages, the fairing, the cargo module and the satellite deployer. Gunpowder can replace it.
Why it exists
A rocket must throw away what it no longer needs.

The bomb gland comes from the bomb toad, which swells and bursts beside you at night in the swamps.
How to get it
Kill the toad before it bursts: 80 % of the time it drops its gland. Arrows from afar are the safe way.
