On the Moon, the concrete mixer makes concrete from regolith and water alone: no cement, no gravel.

Concrete mixer on the Moon: 32 voxels of regolith in its sand slot and half a cubic metre of water (melted Moon ice) give 1 m³ of wet concrete; pour it with a bucket.
