Your design on a sheet of paper: at the architect's desk it makes up to 8 copies at a time, never used up.

How to get it
At the architect's desk, ASSEMBLY tab: a sheet of paper and the voxels of one copy of your design give its blueprint in 3 s.
What it is for
Make copies of your piece in the materials you choose; trade or give it so others can build it too.
Why it exists
A plan is knowledge you keep: draw once, build for ever.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
How to get it
Architect's desk, ASSEMBLY: paper in its first slot plus the voxels of one copy → a blueprint (3 s).
Using it
Put it back in the desk with a material for each of its slots: up to 8 copies each time (2 s plus 0.5 s a copy), as many as your materials allow. It is never consumed.
