How to get it
From your ship's console, tab Community asteroids, a voyage of 30 to 120 s.
What it is for
Visit what other players sculpted; walk on them with suit and jetpack; cut iron, titanium or nickel from the metal ones.
Why it exists
Space is shared.
The same text the game shows in its progress tree and on the item's sheet (I).
Rock, ice and metal 24 to 46 m across, no air and no gravity. Kept when someone changes it, otherwise forgotten an hour after the last visit.
What they are made of
Under a skin of regolith (half a metre to a metre), each asteroid has the rock of its kind:

Some hide titanium ore deep inside. A sculpted asteroid is made only of regolith, lunar rock, basalt, anorthosite and ice.
Nickel
Nickel ore is found nowhere else, not on the Earth nor on the Moon. It is no longer smelted, but a piece of it brought back proves the trip: it reaches the tech tree's On an asteroid.
