How to get it
Mine Moon ice (ice fields of the inner worlds, polar caves, lodes); in the gas plant, choice Moon ice: 32 voxels and 2 empty dewars give a dewar of LOX and a dewar of LH2 in 30 s (9 kW).
What it is for
Refuel a rocket on the Moon for the trip back (3.4 km/s) or onwards, with hydrogen fuel.
Why it exists
Carrying propellant from the Earth costs most of a rocket: making it on the Moon changes everything.
